Does Microsoft Store gives everyone else the same amount of %$#& as it does me?

I've followed every fix listed on the net (even ones I know have zero connection to Store) but the only sure fire way to get Store running again is to reset the entire Windows 10 installation. This must have occurred at least 5 occasions now.

Today again, wanted to reinstall a different app and Store just sits there with that irritating spinning circle.
Honestly not even looking for assistance or a fix, couldn't care anymore. It's not worth the trouble. I'll side load what I need.
Just want to know if it's me that Store hates particularly, or everyone equally.

Corrupt cache. Reset your Windows Store ID credentials, it is easier than reseting entire Windows. It is somewhere in the settings app.
