Going to lose my mind... Why does Microsoft have to make things so difficult!

I want to be able to make phone calls from Teams, so following the instructions from their help pages I have
- Purchased a hosted PABX
- Purchased a domestic calling plan

How do I allocate the phone number that I got through teams admin - when I try it says the resource account has a number...
How do I integrate this all with teams?
Do I need to get a third party PTSN???

and should I just rather deal with my very bad vodacom signal and dump this idea :X3:

After more than four hours of attempting to set this up I want to just throw my laptop out the window...

Changes can take up to 24 hours before it reflects. Have you tried again?

You can also contact Microsoft Support. They generally very helpful.
Was on a call with MS Support for over an hour, the lady really tried on the other side but her English wasn't great and wasn't able to really help.

I will try them again this week, thanks :)

Does the PBX service you purchased feature a Microsoft teams supported SBC? These are generally few and far between. You also need to set up a certificate between Teams and your SBC. Unfortunately teams doesn’t just accept a set of SIP credentials.

If you are still struggling send me a PM and I can get you talking to a company who can help you

For what it's worth, my company has activated Teams for our calls, and the quality is terrible. WhatsApp calls are better, so now you must know.
