Microsoft unveils Surface Pro 4

Microsoft has unveiled its Surface Pro 4 tablet, which it said is thinner, lighter, and more powerful than its predecessors.

Unfortunately, Microsoft does not see South Africa as a target market for the Surface range, which is why we will never see it here.

Real pity, as I have had the opportunity to have a quick go on one of the previous editions and it was hands down one of the best tablets I have seen. That keyboard is beyond all kinds of awesome.

I found a few places to buy it, but I'm regretting I did. It is awesome to have a PC in such a small package, but it's very fragile. If you do buy it make sure you buy every piece of protection you can find!

It will be impossible to repair this stuff, as almost everything inside is glued.

Why doesn't Microsoft market this tablet locally even if they can use IC or makro as official sellers. I wanna buy one badly but run the risk I receive a dud

Apparently the Surface 4 glass it's almost exactly the same.

Finally added that picture of the device. It's quite a reflective picture because if the light isn't reflecting off the crack you can't actually see any damage at all.
