I havent threatened her at all, I never threaten people. I like it to be a surprise.

Dunno if this works-
my dad and stepmom saw something on BBC food about a guy with a farm who pees around his chicken enclosure to keep the foxes out. parental units are now trying the same thing with their garden, to keep the neighbours' cats out. Perhaps you could offer to pee around your neighbours herbs for her? :D

Your cat on her property is fair game for her. If he's damaging her property you should be held accountable, be forced to cough up the cash for damages, pay a penalty fee and if your cat persists, it should be confiscated by the SPCA and resettled or put down. If my neighbours' cat
did this I wouldn't hesitate to kill the thing while on my propety.

THe local pet store and the internet have opened my eyes, but unfortunatly I do not see it as my problem. You get a mini electric fence which is apparently made for pets so they dont get hurt and is very effective. I have given her pellets you scatter around your garden to chase cats which she was too retarded to understand the instructions. the other was an ultrasonic thing that works on movement. can get it at a security store. similar to this www.dazer.co.za but a permanent one. humans cant hear it but it scares the **** out of animals.

I have suggested these aswell as others (while the peanut brained monkey cant find one) to her, but she continues to throw papers onto my drive way, and leave sand on my doorstep (I have this all on camera as I set one up to be sure who was doing it) . No I have finished being civil now.

Its a townhouse rambo. she has rights to the garden but doesnt own it. I have the full body corporate's approval to own two cats as long as they are both fixed and have certificates, which they do. And as I have said before, I have offered other options, she just likes bitching. Your lucky your not my neighbor. thats all I will say.

Kids being cruel to animals is nothing new. It happens all the time. Kids being cruel to other kids happens even more often.

These 2 should be evaluated by psychiatrists and be forced to pay for the criminal act of destruction of private propety, breaking and entering and cruelty to animals. Suggestions that these kids should be gangraped or murdured
are criminal and pathologic IMO. These 2 exhibited antisocial behaviour and
really need to be evaluated and managed as guys like these often
grow up into criminals.

People go all ballistic over animals, but acts of cruelty towards people are usually ignored. Laws to protect animals came before laws to protect children for instance.

Since I don't live in a townhouse I wouldn't have these legal issues however if you were my neighbour and your cat did something nasty to my property - you'd have to move out if you'd want to keep your cat.

And how would you get that right? come around and leave a floater? I am actually a very civil person and I always try to solve a problem in an effective friendly way. But you get people who have their oppinion and are not willing to adjust to a clearly changing society and no matter what, They are right. I dont waste my time arguing with such people.

I like this HAVE TO move out thing though. Dying to know about that. And as per my situation, She may have had a leg to stand on until she started carrying on like a 5 year old and vandalizing my property. WHich I have on camera as previously mentioned. Now there are criminal charges against her and a law suite.

As you so planely put it "you wouldnt think twice about killing the cat", there are people who feel the same way about your children but I bet that would be a total outcry. Animals are innocent, most of the time people deserve it.

I'm a civil person too but I can't stand people's behaviour when that behaviour infringes on my or someone else's rights. Your cat can do whatever it wants on Your property or the property of anyone else who doesn't care but if it came over and caused damage to mine you'd be held accountable. I don't keep pets which go over and defecate on other peoples' lawns or dig up their flowerbeds.
If your cat is destroying some old pensioner's only hobby in life and you're
so casual about it I think you're most unfair.

Its not a pentioner. she must be about late 20's . She's fat and obtrusive. She's a typical trouble maker. I have given her every option to solve this another way, as I have mentioned and even offered to pay a portion of it. SHe's like a spoil't kid in sweets from heaven. She doesnt listen to logic and I actually think she just enjoys moaning.
