I had this:

* Nokia Symbian phone
* Windows 8
* Nokia Suite
* MS Outlook

The Nokia has a Notes app which is worth a zillion and I have some 100+ notes stored there. It synced seamlessly with Outlook via Nokia Suite.

MS Office for Windows also has a One Note app, also excellent stuff, but do not get confused between the two. My question is about the Notes within Outlook and Nokia.

I now have
* iPhone 5 with updated iOS7
* MBP with updated ML
* A Gmail account
* I do not have MS Office for Mac as it is much less functional than the Windows version and the price is not justified. iPhone and Outlook Mac sync are not equal to its Windows counterparts.

With the Windows/Nokia setup, Gmail did not even have a Notes field to sync. Using Apple, this is a seamless integration even though I do not need it as I sync via USB.

I do not seem to fin a way to sync my Nokia Notes with the iPhone, nor do I see a way of doing this. If anyone had done this before, please show me how it gets done.

You would need to manually migrate your notes to OSX's Notes app which will sync to your iPhone using iCloud.

USB in the modern world isn't applicable but is possible via iTunes.

Otherwise Evernote might be the answer you are looking for and might support importing the format that Nokia can export if at all.

Why is your MacBook not on Mavericks? It's free so just update it.
