Migrating to 5GB and adding 128K VAS

I'm currently on an 8GB package and would like to switch to 5GB and add the 128K VAS. Is there any way to do this on the iBurst website? Will there be a migration fee? Also, will the switch be instant?

1. You can only upward migrate via iBurst website.
2. You can sign for "Uncapped Anytime" via iBurst website.
3. Should you migrate via help desk - you will be charged 3 x Diff subscription (R592 - R445) X 3 = R441 once off penalty if you are on a contract. Else (month 2 month) you'll be charged R99 once off.
4. The switch will be instance.

According to the iBurst website, my contract period expired on 29 January 2009. So if I understand you correctly, a fee of R99 will be billed on my account if I phone the helpdesk? Otherwise, 3x the difference between the two subscription fees?

Sorry to confuse you Whiptaka.
1. You can only downward migrate by calling iBurst helpdesk ( or your service provider ).
2. According to you, you are on a month 2 month hence penalty = R99 for downward migration. ( if you think about it, it is the same as if you cancel your subscription and re-activate a new package where you pay activation fee of R99)

You are welcome.
Please note that iBurst charge subscription one month in advance. Thus if you subscribe during the month, the next invoice you'll receive will cover the period of activation_date --> end of next month. (In average : 2.5 month of VAS subscription) Thereafter, one one month subscription in advance.
Obviously, if you cancel your VAS, you will be rebated pro-rata + 1 month subscription you paid in advance.
