It will be after the elections, he is slowly but surely getting a grip on things, and this from Mbiweni is a good boost for his plans.

The ZA taxpayer is still just at the rough, dry, rear entry stage.

Next up will be the rear DP stage, then the rear cream pie stage and when the downward spiral is complete the ZA taxpayer would be in the pink sock stage.

Well you see they were funnelling most of the gravy to cadres via Eskom and had high hopes for the nuclear deal to fill the pig's trough to the top with delicious gravy.

Now they have reprioritised that spending and they're hoping to squeeze gravy from SAA instead.
