Demand does not just magically disappear like this. Some industrial customers are probably being paid off to reduce demand in exchange for looking the other way on other questionable activities.

Looking at that graph, the 2023 demand is higher than 2021 and 2022 as well, though 2022 is higher than 2021...
Odd that the 2 years of really high LS demand is higher... That is also suspicious, cause by 2023 a lot of businesses should've started closing down.
