Oh when the raid happened loads of people just took out what they could from MTI and put it in other crap like Finalmente and Finiko.
 
So, we had a Christmas lunch at the family member who is invested in it. Look like the whole family is invested, even my in-laws.

Then came te bombshell, they made an invested under my wife's name as well without her knowing. They opened a luno account for her which they Fica'd then from their opened the MTI account. All in the name of building the downline I suppose.

I lost it, to put it mildly. I also said the account must be closed by Friday or else I'll take the steps to close it. If it is in her name she's liable for the tax, if the thing falls apart the claim for the returns, and because she's an attorney, letting someone Fica on your behalf doesn't look good.

I don't think I overreacted.

You are far more patient/lenient than I would be under this circumstance.

I would have issued them a legal letter for demand in damages or they will be brought to a court nearby[tm] post haste.

The audacity of them doing something that illegal should not let them get off the hook without dire consequences.

The problem is that you have to live with family for the rest of your natural. I would have been forced to do the same - fortunately haven't had that.

True. But mess with my wife or children and I lose it. So, I asked for the account to be closed by Friday together with an affidavit that the info was used without her knowledge.

It's of little use if she says a year from now that it was without her consent. Then the first question is, if you knew it for a year and it was without her consent, why didn't she do anything about it. So I want to make it clear that she didn't know and didn't give permission.

Be that as it may, they've apparently earned 75% interest on their capital in 3 months. Now try to convince these fools that it's illegal. They say it's all in the proprietary trading system, that gives them the returns. I give up.

Lol...agree. The thing is im involved with farmers and have a good idea about helping ones in need due to droughts or some sort of disaster - with a donation like this wich is off the chart and news will report about it etc etc.

but what u say is correct and should be taken for what it is.
