She didnt fall for anything the first or second or third or whatever time the count is now. She is always front and center in the new scams operated by her.

Right now we can only hope that MTI did damage at such a large and potentially global scale that this time around lindtbitch will face the music.
 
I think the first level of punishment for Cheri should be sandpaper for shaving her legs and a cactus for use as a tampon.

Once we move past that punishment we can move onto level 2 until she is rehabilitated.

OK, so how did she get away with it the last time? And I wonder why the FCSA or even SARS didn't keep tabs on her?

Surely making her "cold turkey" on lindtballs should be the first? That would probably make her sing like a canary right away.

I think last time it was just complete incompetence by the Hawks, plain and simple. It was seen as too much of a white collar crime compared to their other work load(eating KFC?) and afaik the case is still open just not being worked on.

This time around with MTI and its publicity I am almost certain they will look at MTI case and also revisit the BTCglobal case and it will make the case against Cheri and others even more rock solid.

Cheri is royally fkd, she just doesn't know it yet.

MTI is simply a client of the "broker" though? What stops the "broker" from buying the clients customers and offering a service to them directly or through another front company? I suspect that this is along the lines of what we will soon see, the new opportunity...

MTI sunk but don't worry because MTJ is here to save the day?
