Why do I get the feeling that you are actually trying to drive traffic towards this scheme by appearing "hesitant" and then later on going balls deep?

This entire thing is obviously a scam.

Exactly my feeling.

If you want to trade currencies and/or crypto you better educate yourself before you invest money in it. YOU need to be in control of your money to manage the risk.

This thread is a scam.

Nope, I know @onexios personally and can vouch for their curious nature and general interest in this specific subject.

I think it's important that people are aware of the downsides that can be involved here. There is a lot of hype around the returns but not a lot of information about the possible losses that can be involved. That left me skeptical from the start and as a result I would not consider this to be a very good "investment".

There will be no returns, this is not an investment.

And you are?

Likely part of the scam.

It would be good to do a little research before stating baseless claims. It's a privately registered business here in South Africa, it has customers and some of them have made money. It is an "investment" opportunity just not a very good one in my books.

It is as much an "investment opportunity" as giving your money to your neighbour because he promises to pay you double next month. Nothing is regulated, no one has responsibilities, no laws apply. If MTI closes its doors tomorrow and takes all your money, there is nothing you can do about it.
This is not an investment opportunity. Just stop.

There are no returns.

And the customers who made money likely never really existed or were simply first in the pyramid.

Amazingly you went from saying the other user is legit to suddenly supporting the scheme.

No surprises there.

Registering a business doesn’t make it legit. Most scams operate in registered businesses. It means absolutely nothing.

Define investment?

Input money, see returns no?

If people have done this and seen a return, then technically it is an investment I would think.

That said, I wholeheartedly agree with your response. It's the same thing that I had said to the OP at the time. The problem for me is really the lack of regulation within the related market. The "bot" creator could alter their code one day and profit while many lose out and who would be any wiser of that fact? History is full of reasons why unregulated stock markets can be disastrous for those who partake.

There's little to no information provided by Johan about the losses that can be involved and for me that was a big reg flag. A lot of people would not really think about that, only focus on the hype of the possible returns that can be had. It's dangerous.

Just because you have made an assumption about my response does not make what you have said a fact. You're basing this around the premise of something which might actually not be the reality of the case...

It's a simple way of thinking and I will just leave it at that.

No the very premise of their “investment” construct isn’t the way any of this works.

That’s why it’s bullshit.

It’s not based in reality or logic.

So just some facts about the company.

1. Searching the name of one of the directors brought about a liquidation document. In 2003, Coenraad Fredrik Rademan had a company that was liquidated.

2. In 6 months from registration they claim to have 3600 members. Quite an impressive growth for an unknown company that not many have heard about besides from this thread.

3. Neither directors seem to have a professional presence on social media. I find it a no go zone. Hiding is dodge central.

Even if it is a legit company with good intent, which I highly doubt, your crypto is not secured and therefore stay away. Best investment advice if you want to grow your crypto... play the slow game and diversify. It probably won't pay the bills but will be ok pocket money.

I'm not sure that I understand what you are trying to say here.

Is it that the company it's self is full of it or that the principals of what they are doing are broken?

Is the MLM aspect a farse? Is mirror trading a farse? Are auto trading bots a farse? Is crypto currency a farse? Are stock markets a farse?

People have already been implementing these methodologies in other sectors to see a return for a very long time so i'm not so sure that I would jump to the conclusion that all of this is simply bull...

It's inherently a very risky investment and built around some seemingly shady characters so it should be labeled as such with a big fat warning sign as there are people out there that stand potentially to lose a great deal here within this.

Edit: Fixed a typo but also wanted to say that I view it as a very risky "investment" because it is operating in a very volatile market with a lot of moving parts so there is a lot of opportunity for things to go wrong.

Looks very much like a scam. The black box trading scheme and the MLM are huge red flags. Don't know the CEO but if he is associated with all the other collapsed ponzis, seems like this is a common MO to fleece people.

Yes I have and i have met the owner as well as people who have known him for years - I have also met a CA who has done due diligence on the company. Most comments in this thread are all based on zero understanding and are purely based on assumptions -
your newly joined status doesnt carry much weight on this unfortunately.
