Yup. Absolutely pressure has to come from outside.
The differences between MTI and many other non-compliant companies are significant:
- Nature of the structure and MO of MTI;
- Social impacts of collapse;
- Potentially vast size that it will attain very quickly (if MTI statements on growth rate are taken as factually correct ).
These at the least should be sufficient to make it important to regulators and SARS and mean that they will have to take notice as long as MTI is brought to their notice. The amount of evidence just in the wiki should be enough to alert regulators that this isn't just another Spaaza shop operating without a permit.

Not to mention the fact they have have received Billions of rand worth of deposits. This fish is just too big not to catch.

They couldn't afford to..... Making a big contribution would mean taking a large chunk out of the pool, which would simply get the whole scheme closer to imploding.

I found those - what I can't find is any further information on James Francis other than he was in America and moved to KZN. No other link between him and Willie.
