Any good man can be turned knowingly or unknowingly with the right amount of sponsored funding in the open or in secret.

Everyone in the public image have a price that would convert them into a shill with "immunity" that is exactly why you should never consider any public figure as a role model because the role model can at any point give you directions right off a cliff.

Its a two way street. MTI "give" to the farmers and then the farmers are likely to put whatever they manage to scrape together right back into MTI because why not ? MTI is such darlings to assist them in a time of need, of course they will then return the favor 10 fold by "investing" into MTI.

There is no altruism here. It is just a calculated business decision.
 
Much as I abhor MTI and place the morals of many in it lower than shark s**t, this time around they seem to have put together a very effective organisation. No matter what facts we present to the public, they will be considered the "good guys" even after the end. More and more I think that "we" have only two approaches to take.

The first might be to resign ourselves that it will only stop when MTI can't meet withdrawals. This is unlikely to be before people look for Christmas spending money or January when they have to find school fees etc etc. In this scenario, perhaps the best we can do is to identify when the music is about to stop.

The other is to put whatever pressure and from whatever sides we can on SARS, the "Companies Commission"
and FAIS (even if we have to recognise that FAIS might be unlikely to do much.
 
Ah help the farmers, then the farmers get insurance payouts and sign up straight under that link and whoever owns it gets that 10 percent ref fee.

I mean why wouldn't you want to sign up for this opportunity 10 percent a month and bitcoin which is sort of anti establishment. Perfect storm we have here.

Absolutely nothing wrong with helping the farmers just make me sick the way they doing this and what they going to get from it...

And just to expand, this is precisely why argumentum ad verecundiam (appeal to authority) is a logical fallacy. What is right, wrong, etc. is never dependent on who a person is, nor should anyone ever be trusted solely or largely because of who they are.
Moreover, no person who has an understanding and appreciation for morality and sound reasoning would ever expect you to simply trust them.

When I talk to people about MTI (whether over comments or via phone/skype whatever) I tell them what I've found, how they can confirm that what I'm saying is true. But still people want to believe that it is true and the more they've "invested" the more they need to believe MTI is true and trustworthy.

I cannot fathom how people can trust a company that holds (apparently) FOUR BILLION RANDS worth of BTC (which is an intangible asset) while ducking and diving questions, hiding the truth and telling anyone who doubts to "pxss xff". This company isn't even doing the "basics" right.
 
Both Venator's and WarrenPridgeon's points about trust are terribly easily turned into a version of crying mea culpa before you can be accused. IF one shows the slightest signs of mistrust, you as shill appear injured or sweetly understanding of the person's understandable mistrust, which immediately puts them in the wrong. Now the you have the apparent moral high ground and it becomes an easy sell.

I recently watched all of On Becoming a God in Central Florida (sucks that season 2 was cancelled), and it's really eye-opening how all of these schemes just essentially take the same playbook and present it in new wrapping. Of course, it's a drama, not a documentary, but if you listen to how MTI members talk and the language used in all of those other mega MLM schemes, it's all the same thing.
The whole idea of always being positive and shutting out people who are negative, never questioning the leaders, constantly having to show success....but worst of all is how they intentionally target lower income and desperate/naive people.
When you give people hope they will listen to you and they will pay you.

I've often said that Hitler was probably one of the best leaders this world has ever seen, because in order to get millions of people to support you and your seriously fxxcked up and delusional cause, you'd have to have some incredible leadership skills....just imagine how much good could have been done if Hitler used his skills for a morally sound initiative. I see the MTI goons exactly the same way.
Before we had that ridiculous 'double your bill' initiative, and now this farmers thing. As @John Tempus said, there's no altruism here. Terrorist organisations also often "donate" to local charities.

If MTI had anything legit this is how they would implement trading by allowing clients to manage their own trading account and only pushing the trading logic to the client accounts.

Sorry for hijacking this thread but it seemed like as good a place to see if there are at least 5 people interested.

In short:

1. It cost you nothing to test it out.
2. You control your trading account (using bybit exchange) and decide when/what to deposit or when/what you want to withdraw, none of my business as it should be.
3. Absolutely no vague guarantees on what you will make each day other than its been doing really well recently, this is real trading logic that I have worked on for a long time.
4. The eventual live product will be aimed at completely being free where the only monetization would come from the occasional market orders conditions which in turn pays a small commission. This is not charity but as close to charity for what I think is showing good results. :)
