Missing from fibre map

Hi all -

Openserve recently finished laying fibre in my area and advised us to now place an order to get the installation done.

However, we're still showing up as 'Planned' on their and Telkom's coverage maps. Does anyone know how this gets updated, or if I can just take an order with an ISP (looking at Crystal Web atm) and they will be able to take it from there?
