Missing Mo'Nice minutes

Hi All ,
I seem to have an issue with Telkom using my Mo'Nice All net minutes purchased when calling telkom and Telkom mobile numbes.
Telkom seems to use the Mo'Nice all net minutes first before using the free telkom to telkom minutes. So even though i may have 3000 minutes fair usage . These are only being used once my Mo'Nice all net minutes are exhausted. Happened in my Prepaid and Contract number.
Anyone else having the same problem?
i did log a call with telkom but they aren't responding, failed to log the call on two occasions and have mentioned systems were down last week on two occasions that i called in.

Telkom doesn't give a crap I'm afraid. I had an incident where a Mo'Nice bundle went through twice on two different sims due to a bug on their system. They literally accused me of activating the bundles twice on each sim in the space of 5 seconds.
