i get some errors when i type this command could someone explain where these bad lines are so hopefully i can fix it thanx

mdadm is the RAID module that gets a warning. These are however warnings and if they continue to create the boot image, then it should still be ok.

Have you tried booting from the new image? It doesn't seem like it is failing to create the image.
 
But i don't use raid is there any way i can disable this
 
how does your /etc/sysconfig/kernel file look? I suspect that there is some syntax issue in there. mkinitrd depends on that config file to read parameters and stuff
