MMO Latency issues...again

I know this can probably go in the other thread available, but im trying to find out something related to a limited community;

Is any1 else who plays world of warcraft (or any other online game) having latency issues again in the evenings?

If i check during the day its fine but as evening progresses it sky rockets. When i ping international servers the pings im getting there are not reflecting ingame (ingame being far worse).

So are vodacom (or telkom) port shaping, cause we had this problem before and after a few weeks of every1 bitching somehow it got sorted. So what has changed that these same problems are back?

Any1 with the same ***?

Please i need some1 else to confirm this but as 11pm hit on my ingame clock my latency dropped alot and stabilized, I went from 2k latency down to 600+-.

I been having problems with Vodacom's latency since last year September, I tried a lot of things nothing worked, I don't think latency is priority for Vodacom.

MTN on the other hand gives me green connections even though cell tower is further then the Vodacom Tower.

Well 11pm hits and again the same has happened. My connection went from 2500ms to 700ms now. Is there no 1 else playing on 3g anymore that can help me verify this?

Man this is like pissing against the wind, V3G any comments?
