Mobile data - Facebook sales agent

On my facebook there is a person advertising the following among other deals:

R399 for 20GB of mobile 4G data. (Contract x 24 Months)

He says he is a sales representative from telkom with a @telkomagent.co.za email address. According to him the procedure is that he comes out to your house, for a demonstration, and brings a contract along. He also requires the necessary documentation (ID, bank statements and proof of address).

I'm really interested in this deal but I find the situation a bit dodgy.

Any thoughts?

The domain registered via Afrihost, not an official Telkom site. Probably someone reselling Telkom mobile products or some scam.

Correct, yesterday I signed up for the R299pm 10+10GB LTE contract however they also have the 20+20GB LTE @R399pm (the Lady told me if I want to switch to the 20+20 I can do so in my third moth).
