Good day ,I have a client that has vehicles that he uses for cold storage . He needs camera's and a mobile dvr with 3g access ?

Any Ideas ?

Some ip cameras has a sd card slot for onboard recording so you don't need a dvr.
I'm very fond of Vivotek. Their cameras is tough as nails with metal housing. The 8369 cost around R2500 per camera and has very nice picture quality and has a SD slot, although it might not be the ideal model for a confined space.

Get a Huawei mobile broadband router to get remote access.

On the power side i guess you'll have to add a extra battery to the truck like ppl do with the offroad vehicles to accomodate extra electrical gear?
