Bass, there has been a number local Post Office mishaps that has been a major frustration for MobileFun so I wouldn't be surprised if they removed the mail forwarding option. But I'm not sure.

If you look at pricing which is not bad, but not good, and delivery of R250, it might be better to buy direct from Amazon/Ebay and use a forwarding company like stackry or postbox courier. Naturally depending on the size of the order.

Maybe there's a price tag

Hi guys

http://za.mobilefun.com/

Anyone bought from them before? Just wondering how legit they are...

I bought from them on the 8th of May and am still waiting. I emailed them and used their "contact us" function and haven't had a reply yet. They seem to be fine if you pay for the tracked delivery or buy big ticket items. I would strongly recommend not using MobileFun for just a case and some protectors. I ordered my cover and protector a few weeks before ordering my phone from the UK and now I have a spanking new phone getting scratches and dings. It all adds up to a lot of unnecessary frustration.

Did you end up receiving your cover and screen protector PolarbearHug or did you just write off your loss?

I ordered a cover on 1 June and still haven't received anything, and like you said they do not reply. I even phoned the UK number to no avail. I will most definitely not make use of them again, I know the problem is probably our postal service but purely on the lack of response from their side.

Bumping this thread.

I placed an order with mobilefun.com two weeks ago, they charged my card immediately the R500 odd I was invoiced but did not ship.

I contacted them yesterday via e-mail, they replied saying technical issue and they will ship today. I immediately got notification that they they had charged me R600 odd. So I contacted them again asking for explanation: they say that is the other half for the order!!!! No where do I see or agree to this additional charge!!
I did not realise they store card details for unauthorized use!

Do NOT deal with this unethical company, I'm cancelling my card and will dispute all charges.

Reading various issues with orders from this online store...I'll rather buy direct from Amazon

I promise Amazon service is so much more pleasant, not to mention Amazon is at least ethical in their billing.
