Gauteng premier Nomvula Mokonyane largely skimmed over her plans for broadband connectivity, in her State of Gauteng Province Address.

Hmmm. Gauteng is going to be horribly left behind. If there was any competition with the Western Cape, it seems more certain that it will end as "no-contest". Serious pity for the people of Gauteng and the country.
