Crusader it is really not noticeable. I did the same test at my place and all of my LCDs did that.
I have just received a LG IPS234v-PN at work. 23" IPS 1080P. Should be cheaper than the Dell. Will report back.
Thanks! Just ordered the Dell U2412M. The shipping was expensive, but I guess that's the premium I have to pay for living in the middle of nowhere. Just hope it gets here without any stuck pixels and the like otherwise returns will be a hassle.
Probably precisely because they're videos.
Uh, No - Probably because they are older revisions!
Kindly provide links so we can educate ourselves.
Also, perhaps you can share the differnt revision numbers.
Exactly my point - you haven't done your own research, yet you are convincing others to get a product you clearly know nothing about.
Revision numbers? If you bothered to use google you would find them.
Problem numbers I saw were A00, A01, and Brawlers is A05, and he says he has no issues with flicker.
Now where is your evidence, or are you just naive enough to believe that all products are made perfect, and the users just dream up the issues and make fake video's about them?
I haven't used the monitor much in the week I've had it aside from finishing a quick layout job on the day it arrived. Started working on it today again and, the green/red patches at the bottom of the screen is really apparent to me. It's really faint, but you can clearly see a green then red tint every third of the monitor.
