The reduction in speed fluctuates between 50%-90%. As a household that made the move to online media from satellite TV, this is especially painful. Books have made a return!
According to the Telkom technician that came to fix a break in the liine atfter the storms last week, he reckons there is plenty of congestion at the exchange as its a common problem in the area and there is nothing he can physically do to fix it or pacify the areas residents!
