ODS offer an uncapped service with a 1 - 10 ratio (1 - 5 is also available), but you have to sign a 3 month contract.

I'm not sure what the contention ratio on nocap's R200 package is, but you could always e-mail Jason (mail (at) nocap.co.za) to find out.
