Well, i've paid for this months acc already. If things don't clear soon, i'll cancel my IS acc.
So far is seems like all PTA users who are int capped are experiencing problems.

IS are meeting about this issue this morning. The big dogs are aware of the problem, and are taking it very seriously.
Although the only solution is a resolution, at least they know about the problem and are addressing it.
I will be in contact with the big guy most of today in order to sort this out. He really is very helpfull, and is as concerned as I am about this.

Once your 24 hour reset comes into place, the changes made on IS side, will come into affect.
