Most disgusting breakfast

Currently my go to breakfast is two boiled eggs. Free range (non canola), because it taste better.

During times when we run out of eggs, now and then, I will switch to Weetbix.

Weetbix: Microwave full cream milk. Add two weetbix to a bowl, two teaspoon sugar and the warm milk. Yes, coloured style.
Most morning its two boiled eggs from our own chickens and oats with pure honey and genuine butter.
Enough energy to last until lunch, even longer.

I know it may be just me, but I don't get why people put any form of chillies in food. I then only get the burn sensation and taste nothing of the food. Not sure whether others do still taste the food or simply enjoy the burning sensation, something I surely don't like.
There is something wrong with you. Chilli enhances the flavor, give depth and spice.

The same can be said of salt.

Chillies is a personal preference.
For those that don't like hot food we have to be considerate.

What I would like to know ...... Chilli Bovril, Really?!"
Bovril/Marmite has such a strong taste already, who would want to still add chilli to it. but the supermarkets stock it now.
My wife and I have to be careful if we shop at this one Pick n Pay (serves many Muslims) as there are so many products that have Chilli now mixed in. Been tricked many times, by just loading up the trolley. LOL.

yes, it doesn't suit everything but so many things can be enhanced with chilli.

It doesn't need to be that hot either, sometimes it just needs to be enough to make things warmer.

I don't put chillies in any of the sweet dishes either.

If there is a Heart and Stroke Foundation emblem on your food packaging, it is toxic.
