Don't forget to try Openweb as well. They also offer test accounts. My gaming experience is more than satisfactory with them.

Will probably go with openweb but just to make sure I will test run with a few other companies.

Now that we moved to a new house I have the chance to improve my life. I need your help with choosing the most solid ISP for gaming. (No youtube long buffs will be much appriciated).
By solid I mean , constant latency of <80 to any server around south africa , with no spikes , random crashes at all.
I am looking for a 1Mb uncapped package.
Looked at Mweb and was impressed , but some may say they are sh*t.

MWEB. Also gets ~160ms to Europe.

His performance will often spike past the 1mbit threshhold, giving him brief higher-than-1mb speeds before Mweb's software magic throttles it back down to 1mbit after a second or two

Yip, pretty much this. Some lucky times where their software magic doesn't work too well, but nothing to be excited about.
 
Mmmm interesting.
Today I went to telkom to change the address of my line , 290 for 1mb line. Insane. Costs more the data itself.
