Motherboard temperatures

One wouldn't have to make single large holes for each of the fans - multiple small (+/- 4mm) holes creating a grille effect would suffice. But then I guess that's also a security risk - someone could point a gun into the box and take stuff out. Kinda like " I shot the hard drive...but I didn't shoot no cpu...":D

LOL, yeah, in fact that's what happened. The company in question made the first box with holes and somebody filled it with water....

It was a clocking/time management/security system. The guys would take it and then all say that they were at work all day when they were not!
 
The fan was on top! Is the cooking oil serious or are you taking the piss??

pu$$ycat! Well well, Grouter, you have just opened my eyes to a whole new level of modding insanity. That is indeed impressive.... I'm going to try this in my bath....
 
No i saw a thing were they used cooking oil for cooling :), whether new components could hold out i dunno they tested very old stuff.
 
I think they just used old components to show how good it works, cause they run a lot hotter than today's cpus.
