Motion Sensor Light Switches

I've automated a lot of my home already, but I am really struggling to find something similar to this locally.

Does anyone know where I can get something similar to this (At a reasonable cost)

I am looking for a drop-in replacement for an existing light switch with a built in PIR so the lights come on for a set amount of time and then turn off. I have searched high and low and they're either a crazy price, square in shape or 120V from Amazon US.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Thanks for the info Leobot, I ended up ordering them online from Amazon already as they had a ship to SA option on that product.

I'll keep you in mind if I need any more.
