This was over Christmas (with my spare personal sim), so moderately low use, however no power saving used (data on, wifi on, location services on, some calls, messaging and plenty email).
I've had a number of Android phones (including a few Galaxy models, s2, 2 x s3 and an s4), this has been the first Android phone I'm happy to keep and actually use.

To the people ordering on Orange, what is the warranty like and who honours it, Motorola or Orange?
Just read the Engadget review (http://www.engadget.com/2013/11/26/moto-g-review/) seems to be a really good phone for the price. If the warranty is good, I wouldn't mind one.
how long does the DHL shipping take from the UK ?
Hello,
Thank you for your post.
All our devices carry a 12 month warranty supported by Orange. In the event of a fault on your device, you would need to get in touch with our Customer Care team ( [email protected] or 021-831 1954) to start the RMA process. But without SOT battery stats don't tell the whole story
I believe the phone internals have a coating that is supposed to resist a mild splash, more so than other smartphones barring those with IP67 standards such as the Xperia models.if only this phone was water resistant

Also received mine today and also no Kitkat yet. Which provider are you using? This little phone is a beast, very fast and snappy despite the 1GB of RAM. The camera...well, if I take 50 photos a year with my phone that's a lot so I am not too fazedMy moto G just arrived here. Brilliant little phone for the price. Camera is not that great, but i knew that before purchasing. The rest is great for a phone under R3k.
Still waiting for 4.4 kitkat update. . . . . . . .
