MotoGP 2023

Ah ok, wasn’t aware of the test rider role for Pol

There is a rule change from next season that will allow more opportunities for wildcard rides (more slots on the grid and more rounds), so the test rider role is a lot more appealing.

seems like the pressure is getting to Jorge Martin

Honestly didn’t know Digi had that kind of pace and race craft…. Championship goes to Valencia to be decided. Martin had the bit between his teeth today

Unreal. How has Martin just not figured. Simon Crafar reckons tyres but it must surely be more than that. What a time to have his worst race of the year.

Edit: Suppose it could have just been that. Maybe his tyre pressures weren't set correctly or he could have just had a dud rear tyre.

Happy for Diggia. Glad he didn't just tow the company line and sit behind Pecco. What a great win!

Are there any free seats still?

This is the Diggia that’s been missing all season

Martin had a shocker of note but he’s been struggling all weekend. Sprint was a lucky break

Roll on Valencia (which is a kak circuit to finish the season at)

Seems that the hot seat right now is the other Mooney VR46 spot alongside Bezzecchi as the talk is that Luca Marini is the odds on favourite to go to the factory Honda team. Tony Arbolino was mentioned as a possible replacement but his alarming dip in form this year has surely seen him slip behind...

... Fermin Aldeguer who is doing his own prospects no harm whatsoever with his recent hattrick of Moto2 wins. Not just the wins, but the dominant nature of them. He's solidly put even Pedro Acosta in the shade recently.

To me then it seems that their decision would potentially come down to the young Moto2 upstart, or someone who has cut his teeth this year in MotoGP who is now potentially showing his worth.

Tough choice, you'd say.

I saw Salucci (sp) said that doggie wasn’t in the mood they were looking for as they want a young upstart from Moto2…. Trying times. Who had the second Factory Yamaha ride again?
