It makes me wonder if they will even allow Martin to race for them when he is eventually fit. I suspect that could be a very fractious work environment and why would Aprilia want to go through that.

Vinales-levels of acrimony.

I will give Martin credit for being honest about his intentions to leave though, instead of pulling a Vinales and riding around trying to grenade his bike.
 
Homeboy has always lacked maturity. His value will diminish further.

Is the dying KTM project or a still-maturing Japanese bike really going to give him what he needs? Whoever ends up signing him will forever be vigilant regarding his commitment and loyalty.

Good session and it was touch and go at the end. Frankie giving Marc some nervy moments.

Hope a typically fast KTM start puts the boys amongst the Ducatis. Whether they can stay there though will be the test. I haven't seen what their race pace has been like or if their tyres will hold up.

It certainly is a different type of racing but you do get more overtakes and closer finishes as well. It doesn’t have the same big character energy that F1 has and that might be a miss. Especially since they heydays of Stoner, Rossi, Lorenzo etc and for what it’s worth it has SAn riders throughout the series (Brad, Darren and Moodley)
