You must by now have very sensitive teeth.

the high alchohol content in mouthwash does do some damage to the teeth's *coating/enamel*

if you are that addicted, rather switch to something with no alchohol like *Dentyl*

Yep, I stop using it when my teeth got so sensitive that I had constant sensitive teeth, I must say I then continued brushing with it tho after using toothpaste. It may have contributed to the fast deterioration of my teeth the last few years.

In a similar vein. I've become a flossaholic. Can't not floss straight after eating... Having food stuck between my teeth annoys the **** out of me.
