Spy (2015) - 7/10
Good fun entertainment. Nice to see Jason Statham in comedy again. He's actually very good at it. Basically ripped off his usual action hero type.

+1. My whole family enjoyed this movie.

Looks like I'm one of the few that did not enjoy this, Melissa McCarthy & Miranda Hart annoyed the schite out of me.

Spy 7/10

Got close to being silly in some parts but overall was very entertaining.

Same here. Fell asleep twice. Miranda hart was especially annoying.

Yeah that Hart woman I can't stand, watched it over two nights as I fell asleep 40min in.

Big Hero 6 (2014)

Well made. Predictable. Disappointing. This movie is 100% aimed at children. 6/10

Really? One would never have guessed

[Icemanbrfc]

Poltergeist hmmm... Whole lot of things happening in this house, but not one neighbour came to find out what was happening

2/10

Poltergeist 2015 4/10

Ok remake - personally can't get past Sam Rockwell as dad.. He is still stuck in my head as wild bill from Green Mile..

Surprised you gave that rating, I halved your 4 rating.

Inside Out 9/10

I assume you mean the "children" part. I was told otherwise.

[Icemanbrfc]

Yeh that part its okay, I enjoyed but that was watching with my son

Looney Tunes: Rabbit's Run (2015) - mediocre fare with plenty of nostalgia. Don't see kids enjoying the extra hints and defeatist satire. animation - pfah. 5/10

Dior and I 7.5

Interesting documentary. Good for brownie points from the other half.

The Duff (2015) 7/10
I enjoyed this movie, a bit cheesy, but fun none the less.

McFarland USA (2015) - feel good true sports story with Kevin Costner about a high school cross country team. 7/10 I am kinda bias cause it made me home sick for my brothers SO family

Ted 2 (2015) 7/10

A big fan of Seth MacFarlane humour so enjoyed this; slightly better than the 1st Ted movie; lots of gags & jokes. As to be expected it's very crude & if you get offended easily it's not for you...

Just watched Necktie Youth at this year's DIFF. Fantastic South African movie. Thought the pacing and the editing could have been better, but I'm going to try to watch it again this weekend.

8/10

[TEXTILE GUY]

The Cobbler

Adam Sandler - Was ok to kill a hour n half on an airport. Not overly funny, sweet story with bit of a twist at the end ..... 7/10

Damn some guys need to lighten up a little. Some scenes in Spy nearly brought me to tears with all the laughter ( Unicorn joke and the Italian sweet talker). Great adult comedy that doesnt resort to sleaze ( Neighbours ) to be funny. Is it just me or does Morena Baccarin get hotter as she gets older?

8/10.

Mordecai - 2/10
My god, what did I just watch? Johnny Depp is one of my all time favorites, but this.. this... Its the perfect example of how a great cast can't save a stupid script.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan
10/10
(Hindi with English subtitles)

A must watch. Best Bollywood movie of at least the last decade.
