I can never quite work out why this film doesn't get more attention. It's one of those rare films where you say to yourself, damn the writer is a genius, and i wish i had thought of the idea before he did.

It deals with two of the most profound subjects, time, and choice. At first you think its going to be utter crap with the face painting and everything, but quickly it blossoms into something fairly remarkable. if you haven't seen any trailers, don't watch any, they will just dilute the experience. This is a movie you want to stumble upon and trip over.

Mr. Nobody 9/10

Hey jak, I got that movie the other day. Can't wait to watch it.

The reason why those type of movies don't get much attention is because they not the usual Hollywood crap. Its one of those independant movies. And most of them are quite good.

Knight and Day
Very cool movie I give it 7/10

Shutter Island
Brilliant! movie! as the one guy said its a psychological drama it keeps you in suspense and there is a shocker! must watch 9/10

Remember Me is definitely worth watching. 7/10 - Warning: cast includes Robert Pattinson.

Why in the name of all that is holy would they remake a great 3 year old film? Has the well of Hollywood ideas really run that dry?

Lot's of things they do these days are remakes of old movies, most people however don't realise this. The remake however usually sucks compared to the original.

I just watched Everyman's War, the true story of Don Smith's heroic experience at the Battle of the Bulge while with the 94th Infantry which I really enjoyed.

I'm not going to score the movie because scoring it would put it on par with Schuster movies which would be an injustice on my part.

Desperation?

You guys should check out A Bittersweet Life. Its a South Korean film from 2005.

I'd give it an easy 7.5/10.

9/10 if you're comparing it to most hollywood movies.

An elegant sky lounge floating like an island in the sky above Seoul, it's like Sun Woo's own little castle. After 7 years he has climbed to the top, managing the upscale lounge and restaurant. An intelligent, cool-headed perfectionist, Sun Woo has earned the absolute trust of his boss with his undivided loyalty and by adeptly managing the business. His boss, Mr. Kang, is a callous man with a secret -- his young love, Hee-soo. When Mr. Kang suspects Hee-soo might have another boyfriend, he orders Sun-woo to keep a close eye on her and to kill her if she has betrayed him. After following her for a few days, Sun-woo barges in on Hee-soo and her boyfriend with a clear mission -- but to his own surprise, he lets them go. Sun-woo hopes everything will just go back to the way they were. But his decision has launched an irreversible war with the whole gang, guys who were like brothers just the day before.

8/10 !!!

Hachi: A Dog's Tale, 7.5/10, a must-see film to be avoided at all costs, could make a grown man cry.

Knight and Day, 7/10, zero substance, just awesome fun.

Clash of the Titans 5/10: Poor attempt at a remake. Forgettable.
Cop Out 5/10: Chemistry between the two leads was ok. Writing was terrible.
Toy Story 3 8/10: Good family fun. 3D effects were decent.
Bombshell Bottoms 6 9/10: Good chemistry between the leads. Great action scenes.

A-Team trailer was a mind-fsuk, looked quite like the original team but 2000'ised, will watch it for ol' times sake.

It was a mess if you look at it from the perspective of what it could have been. A few minutes in i purposely shutdown my brain and kind of enjoyed the ride. "Kind of" being the key two words there. Hopefully they get a better director if there is a next time, because its wasted potential in its current form. Very very slapstick.

I also didn't like how they chose to use Copley. Its not going to do his career any good. He came across as a slightly incompetent actor.

Kickass - 9/10. Nice surprise watching such an entertaining film I never heard of before. Best film I have watched this year.
Clash of the Titans - 6/10 Mediocre. Nothing special except the FX.
She's out of my league - 4/10. Overrated.
Hot Tub Time Machine - 6/10. OKish.
Repomen - 5/10 - Predictable

This again. I don't get what others see in this film, it's a very mediocre film in almost every aspect. What makes it "awesome" ? Acting is average, action is average, plot is average, uninteresting characters. Geez?

Anyway. I rate it 6/10. I feel like I'm being generous though.

It seems some people here also rate in extremes, either it's awesome or terrible. Be a bit more mature, your ratings are too inconsistent.

wtf ?

i loved the movie you don't like it fine, rate it your own way, maybe you need to be more mature in your responses instead of criticising (sp) someone elses rating ...

Hellraser-8/10

I enjoyed this movie, great gory horror and to top has some strange creatures in it.

Good although the effects are bit wonky but I guess that happens when you watch the latest blockbusters.

Hey did you know Hollywood is planning a remake? Their creative juices is really flowing.

No. clive barkers movie. About a box that gives you pleasures of the flesh and pain. 80s movie. I don't think this was based on any comic.

One of his short stories actually.
