Wtf happened to Frodo?

You mean why he's appearing in B-movies with one of the kings of mediocrity? Dunno...Elijah Wood's a pretty solid actor. He was great in Everything is Illuminated....guess he's finding it hard to get adult-type roles or something.

Well doesn't this look amazing... :erm:

Looks decent Nic Cage. Even has Nutty Professor himself Jerry Lewis in it.

:wtf:

I believe that Nicolas Cage is a pretty good actor when he isn't trying to pay off his mountains of IRS debt.

Lord of War was his last decent performance... 11 years ago :(

Kick-Ass, 2010... Then comes the jump to the turn of the century. Had a stellar year in '87 with Moonstruck and Raising Arizona and had good showings in '96, '97, '98 and 2000. The 00's weren't good for 'ol Nick and the 01's weren't much better.

Kick-Ass does not fall into the good category...it's a decent movie but his performance isn't that great.

I think you guys are talking a bit of nonsense hey. His performance in Joe (2013) & The Frozen Ground (2013) was more than "decent".

No comment on Left Behind (2014).

Point being, Nic Cage has turned in some more than decent performances in times past. Just because he hasn't been in anything great for 10 years doesn't invalidate that. Leaving Los Vegas, man... Raising Arizona, Air Force One, Face/Off, Adaptation, Mystic Pizza..

I don't think he was in Air Force One.

Nicolas Cage is very inconsistent:

The Frozen Ground (2013) - Good
Joe (2013) - Apparently good (never seen it but high rating)
Left Behind (2014) - On my list of worst movies ever
Rage/Tokarev (2014) - Seen worse
Pay the Ghost (2015) - Crap

But don't you worry...

Which Moose definitely did :D

I gave it a 8/10 here after the premiere. Simply because of the cringy Shakira song playing twice in the film.

Ugh maybe I should bump it up a point after noticing the clever puns littered across the world.

The Night Before (2015) 6.5/10

Mindless; stupid yet mostly funny comedy with Joseph Gordon-Levitt & Seth Rogen trying to find the ultimate Christmas bash.
