Moving from Openserve to MWEB

I am battling to get anyone to assist me at Openserve to move my fibre line to Mweb.Telkom cant help, Openserve simply cannot be contacted so I do not know what to do any more. Apprently you have to ask Openserve to port or move your line because if you ask them to cancel it you will be without wi-fi for about two weeks. I will appreciate any help here0 many thanks

young one you have got alot to learn maybe start by reading the fibre discussions rather and learn your ISP info before you move

You are not "moving from OpenServe", you will still be using OpenServe, you are just changing your ISP to Mweb.

You actually need to ask MWEB to move the line, doubt Telkom will do it willingly.
