Moving from Rocketnet ISP to Mind the Speed

I'm doing the opposite lol... Mind the speed is great but they can't offer me a 25/25 which RocketNet have just launched.. I'm just trying to save a bit of money as the 25/25 is only R439 verse the R695 that I'm paying now for a 50/50..in the 18 months that I've been with MTS I've only had to contact them a few times.. I've been very happy and recommend them(u won't be sorry.. Am I making a mistake to move to rocketnet(only time will tell) ..if things don't work out at RocketNet I will move back to MTS @RocketNet-Rep

Yeah I would've stayed if they couldve accommodated me.
Been with Mind the Speed for sometime, quality of the bandwidth is great and when I have had issues it was related to the FNO, but they kept me informed whilst resolving.
@tHeDarKLord We are sorry to hear of this, and endeavour to ensure all of our subscribers are serviced and levels are maintained. If you could please assist me with a DM to understand areas where we may have dropped the ball and can improve in these areas?
@STORMERSFAN We look forward to assisting you with the package you require. We are aware that in this current economic climate packages like the Vuma 25/25 do assist many people and are glad that Vuma are offering this service.

Why are you leaving RocketNet.. Please do advise as I also do not want to have issues as there are a few isps now that are offering 25/25 ie RSA WEB as well..

I've never been with with Rocketnet but our business sadly is with RSAWEB and i wouldn't recommend them...
Moved form Rocketnet to MTS since just before Covid hit. Price and speed issues. Always blamed the FNO. But no issue once moved over to MTS with the same FNO. Only issue with MTS is contacting them when line is down (Usually FNO issue) so i just call Vuma to get an update.

I've already given notice however once I sign up with RN I will let you know of my experience.. My buddy was with them and was happy but moved to MTS as their price was better.. He had no complaints about RN.. So I guess I'll see

I've been with them for a few years now, great service, always on when not loadshedding(but this is a vuma fault), i am moving to CI though coz of their black friday deal, but would have stayed if MTS had the same one.
@tHeDarKLord We do offer Static IP's, but admittedly we do charge R50 for this and not Free as with MTS

I made my mind up 5 minutes ago to leave MTS. Last few weeks has been atrocious. I was about to ask how is Rocketnet these days.
