Moving house - Fiber question

I need to move in the next month or two. Currently using OpenServe with Telkom as my ISP. The house that we are moving to also has OpenServe fibre installed, but the previous owner used Afrihost. The question. Do we need to ask Telkom to move our lines, change something their side, or can we just plug in the fiber modem and connect to Telkom ISP? And if we need to do something, who do we contact. Telkom / OpenServe / Both

Line is already installed. You just need to sign up with an ISP and have them activate it. I would recommend staying far away from Telkom/Afrihost, and rather go with CISP...
