Moving house with ADSL

Hi guys,

I recently moved into a new house, we are renting and the owner, which lives on the premises has mweb adsl.
We had adsl from mweb in our previous house and would like to move it to our new house.

On the mweb account page I changed the ADSL Lines Allowed to the number thats here.
I am assuming it wont work with 2 mweb accounts on the same number.

What should I do to get my internet working?

I have a billion router and it says link down and when I click on quick start it says:
ADSL Line Is Not Ready. Please Check your ADSL Line and wait for a while.

Any help would be appreciated. I would like to get my internet up and running as soon as possible.

If the house has 1 ADSL line and it is currently being used by the owner then you can use the line also, just will be sharing the speed.

If they have ADSL and you, who's router is connected. How is the setup?

If like you said; have added the land line number in My Account then in theory it should work.
