I also don't know btw I signed up 2 months ago did 200 gig 1st month and 100 gig last month.

Been with Afrihost, Openweb Gold, Mweb and Webafrica and out of all of them I like Mweb the most. Dont need to worry about any form of being throttled and as long as you dont try download the internet (as per multiple posts about abuse note the monthly GB).
 
Been with MWEB previously , moved to AH and now back at MWEB again. Penny wise pound foolish , my time and sanity is worth a lot more than R70pm. MWEB all the way.
 
From someone who's been with Afrihost Uncapped, Webafrica Uncapped, Openweb Gold Uncapped and currently Mweb Uncapped 4mbit I can reccomend MWeb.

The best route to go is to have a look and see what people are complaining about, for

mweb - I have only seen line speed upgrades and the abuse mails which seem to be from the closer to 500GB mark.
Afrihost - I have seen varying speed related complaints and throttling complaints after reaching higher usage.

It's always best to look at the complaint threads over the praise threads to make your decision.

Edit: You will probably see me defending MWeb quite a lot, I migrate ISP's to whoevers best and currently thats MWeb.
 
Yeah im unimpressed by Afrihost, gona cancel and go with mweb next.

We have had these terrible speeds since we started with mweb, have now cancelled and try Afrihost month end.
1mg uncapped. The husband bitterly complains constantly about the high pings while playing BF.

With results that bad you sure its not due to bad line stats.
 
Eish. Afrihost users are going to MWeb, and MWeb users to Afrihost. What's a guy to do? :erm:
