Posh? Don't know which part of the Suz 'burbs, that's what we call it, you've been to. We're all ghetto peasants overhere. And we embrace it.
 
The free availability of drugs and alcohol right through the day and night and the fresh scent of gunpowder in the morning is what make the Cape Flats so cool :whistle:

Look at Sunningdale also - a lot of newly built places... reasonably well maintained.

Why are you monitoring the "poshness" of people. The South is safe, clean and has some beautiful sights. The only issue I have is that it's a bit pricey.

:erm: The north is safe, has just as many beautiful sights and is cleaner than the southern part.
 
Cheap - Southfield
Cheaper - Lotus River
Going down - Mitchells Plain
Lower still - Tafelsig

Plenty of other property opportunities in Tableview - just stay away from Parklands.
Traffic is a REAL bitch in and out of Tableview, so if yur business is there try and live there as well.
 
The only advice I have is to avoid Parklands and Tableview...
