Moving to USA

I am already working in Brazil, I'm on a two year work visa. My company is intergrating our office into their Headquaters(in Huston, TX).

Spousal visa does exist, its called an L-2 Visa(maybe L-1), this visa allows her to work in USA, there is also B4 visa which forbits her to seek employment in the states.

Thanks, I'm quite confident that the US will grant me a VISA, for L-type visa you need 12 points for education and work experience, I'm already above 20 points and my company is among the Top5 companies that requests for these types of visa, year on year. My only concern is wheather the US will grant her a visa or not.

So the guy likes a little relative humidity and shinny gizmos... and feels like he needs to post all his life stories on mybb (perhaps he doesn't understand the term blog... or no one cares?) but that still doesn't warrant the harsh messages... hence my concern! I'm sorry, looks like everyone has been quick to call me a noob (ok, I am... but still! some common decency for the menatally challenged!)
