OKay here goes, just moved to Vista from XP, and am having to re-adapt to a new working environment. Anyway, getting some issues that I need help with, here are a couple:
1- My working practice was to enable the desktop toolbar, and detach it from the lower area next to the taskbar, and place it right or left. In Vista, I am unable to detach it! any clues?
2- I use a basic html file I have written as my homepage in IE, whereby I save my list of bookmarks, some personal links, some embedded files from websites... Anyway, the point is the html file is located on my pc, but whenever I click on an internet link on it, IE7 opens a new window rather than a new tab. It cited some messge related to cross-domain barriers, and I could not override it.
nothing substantially crucial but would appreciate comments...
