Maybe I'm not as clued up on Teams as some people, but I can't see a way of doing what I need to do :
Our company has 1,000s of employees - and of these, I'd like to meet with 150 employees every few months . Note that due to the size of the company, the 150 employees are not static - often people leave/join etc . Also, I'd prefer 2 or 3 identical sessions so they can select which meeting to join .
1) Creating a meeting request for 150 employees is tedious - especially when there are continually new names to be added/removed
2) Even if I go through this process, you can't 'copy' the attendees to extra sessions. It seems you need to create a new meeting everytime .
3) I then decided to add all 150 into a Team (and tell the new guys they NEED to join the team) and can invite the team to a meeting.
The issue with 3) is that it doesn't automatically add into the 150 peoples calendar!
Is there another way to do this at all ?
