MSDN renewal - HELP!!!

I'm trying to renew my MSDN subs but there is a tech error with processing my credit card online. I'm out of country and need to renew by Wednesday next week.

Does anyone know a phone number that I can call to speak to a human being about this?
I have an 0800 number that someone at MS SA gave me - they dont know of any other number. I cant call 0800 numbers from out of country.

Anyone insight would be appreciated!

Phone the Microsoft office in the country where you are at the moment. When you phone the MSDN subscription people from South Africa, you get transfered to a person sitting in Ireland, so you can phone from anywhere in the world and still speak to the same people.
