mtn active down ?

I gave up on my data query... 300 mb's in one month from my cellphone alone. Strange that before that, and since that, I only use a 100 odd max.
 
Hellopeter still giving MTN another week, I think this is about the 5th 'another week' they're getting.

I dont ever go on Hellopeter, but i just checked it out. Now as far as i can remember there used to be a suppliers response next to each one, now i see bugger all. I have escalated this matter to the CEO's office.

Im quite inspired by your persistence XRX, i reckon il keep a follow up folder on this one, lets see what transpiresssssss

I wouldn't really have a problem with MTN if they implemented an Honesty policy, but they don't. I've been promised phone calls, action, etc. I even have a recent email stating feedback will be given - a month ago - and nothing happened.

ok. where do i start.... i went to MTN 3 weeks ago to transfer my MTN account, which was in my mom's name to me... So i get there with my mom and they give me all the paper work and my mom hers. now we fill in the stuff and then we leave after they tell us it will take 5 working days. so its been 3 weeks and i had waited long enough. so i went on MTN active and submit a query to them and they told me... that the forms had never been submited to the transfers office.... WTF?? so i go back to the MTN store today and the lady tell me that the girl that handled my transfer forgot to tell me to sign in 2 places... and so the form was never sent... Now logic tells you to contact the client and let them know bout the error.... no not at MTN. they wait for you to come to them. so i signed the two places... Why you have to sign 10 pages is beyond me... so the lady then decides to tell me that it will take 5 days.. so i was pissed and said i waited 3 weeks already and i not leaving the store until i have confirmation that the forms are received at the office. so she says ok and faxes the forms. and gives me a copy of the fax report saying it was faxed. then after this i enquire about my samsung omnia. and she tells me i have to place a order as they don't have stock?? y must i order a phone they should keep stock? so they neglected to tell me that i must pre order the phone and that my forms were not sent. Then after ordering the phone she decides to tell me that there is a charge for the transfer of R150.... AND there will be charge again when i upgrade to the omnia of R 100. WTF? i am so pissed with MTN.
 
Get used to it - my complaint is ongoing for well over a month.

Empty promises, lies, etc are a standard here.
 
And another complaint - MTN have done nothing since the 16th of March - amazing customer service - probably to busy counting their money.
