I feel sorry for the average non pc literate person who tries to just see his/her unbilled itemised statement....
Whatever they used before this - was a LOT better... maybe not as powerful - but still a little more userfriendly....
Also - i think their bandwidth must be aproximately as fast as an old 9600 modem would go....
I would say i'm not the only person who is annoyed with this.
