Why do I have to log in with each account to view the details instead of using one login? Both contracts are on my name and used by myself.

So I'm assuming that both number's are on one account, if so I can send a email to my MTN Active team and find out if they can link it under the same account, I'm not sure if they can but will find out. Can you please send me both you cell number's and let me see what they say,

I phoned them on Sunday and spoke to Ricardo(I think that was his name) and he told me someone will call me back about it... and obviously I am still waiting.
 
MTN Active is in anycase the most annoying piece of non-userfriendly software i've worked with in a LONG time.

I feel sorry for the average non pc literate person who tries to just see his/her unbilled itemised statement....

Whatever they used before this - was a LOT better... maybe not as powerful - but still a little more userfriendly....

Also - i think their bandwidth must be aproximately as fast as an old 9600 modem would go....

I would say i'm not the only person who is annoyed with this.

I've sent the Active team a email with the concerns

I hope this things will be addressed

When I took out my second contract with MTN SP (data card), I was looking forward to seeing both contracts on MTN Active. However, as pointed out above, they are on separate logins.

Secondly, I used to be able to add/remove bundles on the website (MTN Active). Since I got the second contract the functionality has mysteriously disappeared...

If you can please send me your cell number via PM I'll have them look into yours as well, This is not apart of my area I think the Active team sit within MTNSP but I'll do my best in terms of making them aware.

Other for the fact that MTN Active is not working properly I don't have any problems.

Have 5 MTN contracts and when I log on using my Main cellphone number then the other 4 contracts is also there.

Then I can choose between the 5 and activate or de-activate services etc...

They must just sort out the problems.:cool:
 
MTN ACtive is rubbish as compared to Callquest, wonder why they changed it?

Me to I loved Call Quest it worked hundred times better
