MTN applies for more spectrum

MTN has applied for spectrum in the 2,015MHz band, Icasa said.

Sorry ... is that considered the 2100Mhz band that normal 3G is normally deployed in?
 
I thought everybody was applying for more spectrum or did MTN get their bids in around the time of the ICT Indaba?
